ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2000 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. My entire career has been with State Farm, including experience in Claims and as an Agency Specialist before becoming an agent. I'm a graduate of the University of Utah with a degree in Economics, where I also played college football. Outside of work, I'm a proud husband and father of two daughters and an avid golfer.
Giving back is important to me, and I've stayed involved in the community through coaching youth football. That coaching mindset also carries into the office, where I enjoy helping people develop their skills and reach their potential.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Hank Dorner - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
