Front Desk Assistant

Perk N Pooch in Sandy Springs, GA is looking for one front desk assistant to join our 41 person strong team. We are located on 6690 Roswell Rd Suite 360. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Check in dogs (in person and curbside)
• Answer phones
• Make appointments, confirm appointments
• Talk to customers in relation to their appointment
• Answer general questions about dogs and grooming
• Make coffee in the coffee shop
• provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Has 6 months experience with customer service
• Able to articulate with customers well and is comfortable with dogs
