Our office isquickly growingand we need someone who speaks Spanish fluently that we can train to fit in our office team! Our Customer Service Representative / Receptionist needs toexceed customer service standardsfor current clients while alsoassisting prospects as they call in.

• Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
• Return all phone messages promptly.
• Attend to walk-in customers as needed.
• Responds to all inquiries within specified timeframe.
• Maintain outbound call volume as necessary.
• Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
• Provideexceptional customer service including commission generating cross sell solutions.

No prior experience is necessary.
