- The position involves greeting patients, making appointments, answering phones, collecting payments, discussing treatment with patients and doctors, and understanding insurance and date entry.
- Hardworking, proficient in typing, proficient in the use of the internet.
- Must show proficient skills in customer service.
- Able to Speak Chinese PREFERRED (Mandarin, Cantonese).
- Full time and part time positions are available. Able to work weekends.
