We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Benefits Coordinator to become one of the People team members supporting our corporate headquarters in Plano, Texas. This is a unique opportunity to join our organization during an exciting period of growth and transformation.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building processes, supporting employee issues, and creating an exceptional employee experience. You'll serve as the local HR presence at our Plano office, partnering closely with the existing Human Resource Team members.

Responsibilities
HR Operations
- Support employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, etc
- Coordinate benefits enrollment, leave administration, and employee documentation.
- Ensure accurate employee benefit records.
- Liaise with payroll processing by partnering with Payroll Administrator on employee changes.
Talent & Organizational Support
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Coordinate new employee orientation and integration activities.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws as it pertains to the administration of the suite of benefits offered by the Company.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and HR best practices.
HR Projects
- Participate in HR initiatives that improve employee experience and operational excellence
- Support HR program, policies, and technology.
- Collaborate with General Affairs to support corporate relocation and organizational integration projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
Preferred
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now and Workday
