Schedule: Monday-Friday Normal Business Hours
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Pay DOE (Depending on Experience)

About the Role
Utah Facial Surgical Arts is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Front Office Administrator to join our growing team in West Jordan. We are looking for a detail-oriented, patient-focused professional who brings a calm, confident presence to a fast-paced surgical environment. This individual plays a key role in creating a seamless and supportive patient experience-from check-in through scheduling, treatment coordination, and financial communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and interpret dental and medical insurance benefits with accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare and clearly explain surgical treatment estimates to patients
- Navigate complex insurance plans, including coordination of benefits
- Schedule patient appointments and manage provider calendars
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive patient experience
- Maintain organized and accurate patient records
- Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and team members
- Support financial coordination and collections processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of dental front office experience (required)
- Strong knowledge of dental insurance (required)
- Experience in oral surgery is preferred, but not required
- Confidence working with insurance verification, billing, and estimates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Experience with OMSVision PMS is a plus
