Overview In this Senior Manager role, you lead MedTech ERP engagements and shape technology strategy across SAP S4 and Oracle Fusion. You partner with cross-functional teams to drive planning, delivery, and operating models that enable patient-centric growth. You'll assess current processes and design next-generation tech solutions, collaborating with ecosystem partners to bring AI-enabled, innovative outcomes. Responsibilities- Lead client engagements in MedTech ERP strategy, design and delivery (SAP S4, Oracle Fusion)
- Coordinate across business functions to drive planning and delivery
- Assess current-state processes, systems and data models
- Design and implement next-generation technology solutions
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners (SAP, Oracle, MES) across IT/OT
- Provide industry thought leadership on MedTech ERP and best practices
- Work with cross-functional teams to inject innovation and AI into delivery and solutioning
- Own client deliverables including roadmaps, business cases, solution designs, and operating model recommendations
- Own client business development, RFPs and sales
- Travel up to 75% to client locations
Key requirements- Minimum of 8 years of experience in consulting or industry in life sciences technology, supply chain and manufacturing
- Bachelor's degree
