Overview In this role you partner with clients to deliver technology-led IT transformations, helping organizations modernize and scale. You'll lead and coordinate delivery across engineering teams, shaping AI-enabled solutions and multi-agent systems powered by Claude. You will drive innovation, resiliency, and operational excellence while aligning technical work with business priorities. This is a hands-on leadership and delivery role at the intersection of engineering, AI, and enterprise transformation.
Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day interactions with client stakeholders as the primary technical point of contact
- Lead end-to-end IT transformation projects focusing on innovation, resiliency, and operational excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, onboard, and optimize DevOps toolchains (GitLab, Artifactory, SonarQube)
- Drive project execution with an IT lens, creating plans and delivering key tech initiatives within scope
- Serve as a technology liaison to ensure alignment with change management and business priorities
- Design and build Generative AI and agentic solutions using Claude
- Lead small teams through requirements gathering, design, process mapping, and support-model definition
- Develop and maintain scope, schedule, and resource plans; adjust as needed
- Identify risks and mitigations early; maintain clear communication with stakeholders
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in information sciences, technology, computer science, or related field
- 4+ years in a consulting firm on large-scale IT transformation projects (commercial sector)
- 6+ years in IT project management, engineering transformation, and business analysis including tech modernization
- 1+ year hands-on AI solution development using Anthropic Claude models
- 1+ year leading project workstreams or engagements and delivering measurable outcomes
- 2+ years managing small onshore and offshore IT teams
- 1+ year helping clients transform the SCLC to AI SDLC using Claude Code and Cowork
- Advanced proficiency with Confluence and JIRA; experience in a consulting/tech environment
- Experience evaluating engineering toolchains and taking large-scale modernization projects from concept to delivery
- Ability to travel 50%
