Overview In this role you will provide executive-level leadership for facilities maintenance, utilities, and capital projects at the Garden Grove site. You will shape long-range infrastructure strategy, ensure environmental and safety compliance, and drive reliability improvements for critical equipment. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate capital planning, and oversee audits and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities- Lead and develop the Facilities & Maintenance team, including union and non-union staff
- Manage facilities maintenance, repair, reliability programs, and CMMS-driven improvements with KPI tracking (e.g., OEE)
- Ensure uptime of HVAC, electrical, compressed air, chilled water, and process utilities
- Drive root-cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, and FMEA of critical equipment
- Apply industrial engineering to facility layout, flow, and capacity enablement
- Lead 5-year capital deployment lifecycle: scoping, Capex approval, execution, closure
- Support AS9100, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, audits and regulatory compliance (Cal/OSHA, SCAQMD/AQMD, DTSC)
- Manage stakeholder relationships, issue resolution, and performance reviews
- Direct strategic infrastructure improvements balancing cost, compliance, and reliability
- Provide leadership during critical equipment/infrastructure events to restore operations
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
- Direct experience in facilities & maintenance of ISO-5/ISO-7 cleanrooms and HVAC, CNC, chilled water, steam, compressed air and vacuum, chemical distribution, and plant electrical
- Capital project leadership in regulated manufacturing
- 10 years in aerospace & defense or other regulated manufacturing
- 10 years of management or leadership experience
- U.S. Person status per ITAR
- Strong knowledge of AS9100, AS9145, ISO9001 and EH&S standards (ISO14001, ISO45001) and California regulations
