Senior Project Manager, Marketing Operations

Overview

In this role you will drive marketing project execution and operations, enabling smooth onboarding of acquired advisor teams and scalable marketing processes. You'll lead website project prioritization, vendor onboarding, and governance across marketing, compliance, and technology stakeholders. You will own the martech ecosystem, optimize planning and resource allocation, and push for AI-driven process improvements. This is a cross-functional role centered on delivering timely, integrated marketing initiatives at scale. You'll help shape a seamless advisor and client experience through strong program leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and prioritize website projects and vendor onboarding for acquisitions
  • Identify integrations risks, dependencies, and resource constraints
  • Develop onboarding plans for new practices joining Hightower and Hightower Signature Wealth
  • Own marketing technology ecosystem, platform strategy, vendor management, and budget tracking
  • Identify opportunities to improve martech capabilities via AI, automation and process optimization
  • Collaborate with Product, Platform & Innovation, Compliance, and other teams to implement and optimize marketing technologies
  • Develop scalable governance to drive tool adoption across advisor teams
  • Oversee intake and resolution of marketing support requests to ensure timely delivery
  • Partner with Marketing leadership to optimize planning and resource allocation
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or growth marketing in financial services or related field
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a high-performing team
  • Experience with digital marketing channels, analytics, and performance-tracking tools (Hubspot strongly preferred)
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements within the financial services industry
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and new marketing technologies
