Overview In this Treasury Analyst role, you will support the organization's cash flow management and liquidity optimization to back operations and maximize returns. You will work within the finance/treasury function to improve cash forecasting, reporting, and compliance, collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position involves managing bank accounts, payments, and treasury platforms, with an emphasis on efficiency and internal controls. A key project is contributing to a new Treasury Management System implementation to drive automation and financial insights.
Responsibilities- Assist with day-to-day cash management in a fast-paced environment to improve liquidity and cut costs
- Maintain client bank accounts and treasury platforms; coordinate openings, closures, and compliance documentation
- Process and monitor high-value electronic payments (ACH, wire, internal movements)
- Maintain payment controls, dual authorization and fraud prevention protocols
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, audits, and regulations
- Prepare ad hoc analyses and tailored reports on liquidity and cash flow or bank fees
- Participate in implementing a new Treasury Management System (S4Hana); test calculations and ensure accuracy
- Leverage treasury data to optimize cash flow and quantify potential impact of changes and recommendations
Key requirements- Strong cash management knowledge and experience
- Proficiency with TMS platforms and automation initiatives
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication; effective stakeholder coordination
- Ability to organize data and produce clear reports; adapt to changing environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, tables, formulas); MS Access is a plus
- Experience with SAP, Kyriba, S4Hana, Geneva, SAP BI; Tableau is a plus
- Bachelor in Economics or Finance-related field, or equivalent
