Overview In this role you lead the Cloud GTM Finance function, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations to shape strategy and forecasting for Crusoe's Cloud and Managed AI products. You will build and lead a small analytics team, bridging pricing, capacity planning, and the long-range financial plan. Your work informs executive decisions and board updates, helping scale the GTM function in a high-growth, energy-focused infrastructure company.

Responsibilities- Own revenue forecasting across Cloud and Managed AI products, turning contracted commitments and utilization into a defensible forward view
- Lead pricing and deal desk collaboration with Product, Sales, Infrastructure Finance, and Capacity Planning; evaluate contract terms and margin against fleet economics
- Design and operationalize scalable sales incentive plans; forecast sales compensation expenses with RevOps and HR
- Model partnership, channel, and reseller economics; provide financial perspectives on go/no-go and deal structuring
- Present GTM performance to executives and the Board; own GTM section of investor updates and diligence materials
- Build and scale the GTM Finance team; establish processes, cadences, and tooling for future growth
- Serve as the single financial point of contact for GTM leadership; influence strategy, segmentation, and territory design with rigorous analysis
Key requirements- 10+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, GTM/Sales Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or Management Consulting
- At least 5 years in GTM or Sales Finance at a high-growth tech company and 3+ years leading teams
- Embedded finance partner experience to a senior GTM leader in an enterprise tech company
- Deep fluency in committed-consumption revenue mechanics (committed vs. on-demand, contract shape, bookings vs. revenue)
- Proven track record in sales target setting, sales compensation design, and performance reporting with Revenue Operations
- Experience building pricing frameworks for large, complex enterprise contracts
- Expert-level financial modeling and strong command of FP&A and GTM tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to turn numbers into executive narratives
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related analytical field
