Overview In this role, you will process payroll actions tied to leave status, safeguard data accuracy, and serve as a trusted contact for HR, internal partners, and clients. You'll work to ensure timely, correct entry in payroll and time systems while supporting absence programs and quality service. The role sits within a collaborative team focused on clean data and compliant absence administration. This is a meaningful opportunity to impact how employees' leave and payroll are managed at scale.
Responsibilities- Interpret and apply leave and disability codes correctly in payroll/time and attendance systems to ensure data integrity
- Review claim reports for accuracy and balance time cards according to client PTO policies
- Respond to inquiries from HR and internal partners about plan provisions and procedures
- Assist in evaluating absence program results and best practices in absence administration
- Support management with special projects and contribute to quality programs
- Performs other duties as assigned
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree with business or computer-related courses preferred
- Two years of administrative support experience or equivalent; HR/payroll experience preferred
- Working knowledge of leave of absence, workers' compensation, and disability regulations
- Oral and written communication skills
- PC literacy, including Microsoft Office products
