Overview As the primary owner of our Workday Learning module, you will configure, optimize, and support learning programs while collaborating with Talent Development and Operations. You'll drive learning technology strategy and ensure the platform scales with company growth, delivering compliant, data-driven learning experiences. This role blends hands-on configuration with stakeholder partnership and reporting to improve learner and administrator outcomes. You'll help shape learning across the HRIS ecosystem and contribute to broader Workday initiatives.

Responsibilities- Serve as the SME for the Workday Learning module and own its configuration and maintenance
- Manage learning programs, campaigns, content, audiences, and completion rules
- Collaborate with Talent Development and Operations to translate needs into scalable solutions
- Oversee content libraries, blended learning paths, and third-party integrations
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance for learning records
- Configure learning-related business processes and security
- Lead bi-annual Workday release reviews, testing, and implementation for Learning
- Provide tier 2/3 support for learning system issues, data problems, and changes
- Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and discovery boards for learning metrics
- Support cross-module Workday activities and peak-period coverage
- Support change management and communications around updates and new features
- Analyze processes to improve learning technology capabilities and user experience
Key requirements- Demonstrated success partnering with L&D teams to optimize Workday Learning
- High level of expertise in Workday Learning configuration, campaigns, content, and reporting
- Minimum 5 years of post-production Workday experience with core configuration knowledge
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, security, and data structures
- Solid report-writing skills including dashboards and calculated fields
- Experience with system testing, auditing, and release planning
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Strong project management and change control knowledge
- Discretion handling sensitive information
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small HRIS team
- Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder presentation skills
