Clinical Director

We re hiring a Clinical Director who wants to lead meaningful, high-acuity behavioral health care while developing and supporting an established interdisciplinary team.
You ll step into an outpatient leadership role serving adults with severe mental illness, including schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar I disorder, and treatment-resistant depression. You ll lead clinical operations and team development while remaining connected to complex patient care.

What makes you a great fit
• You hold an unrestricted California Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license
• You have significant experience working with severe mental illness
• PHP, IOP, or comparable high-acuity behavioral health experience is strongly preferred
• You re a resilient leader comfortable navigating complex team dynamics
• You balance people leadership with strong, hands-on clinical judgment
Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $125,000 $145,000
