Overview

In this role you will drive HR operations excellence for the Americas, enabling compliant and efficient employee lifecycle management. You will partner with People teams to deliver accurate HR processes, data integrity, and guidance on policies, while supporting HR systems and change initiatives. You'll work across HRBPs and Centers of Excellence to standardize processes and improve the employee experience. This position offers a chance to contribute to a globally distributed team and to advance Ivanti's people strategy in a dynamic tech environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities: onboarding, changes, transfers, leaves, offboarding
  • Process and validate employee transactions in HR systems accurately and timely
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and managers
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Maintain confidential employee data and ensure data privacy compliance
  • Maintain and optimize data integrity in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse)
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and implement system enhancements
  • Serve as a trusted operational HR resource for employees and managers
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to deliver consistent services
  • Contribute to HR operations projects including policy updates, process standardization, and system implementations
  • Support change management to improve adoption of HR tools and processes
  • Recommend improvements to HR processes, documentation, and service delivery
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or 3-5 years of progressive HR operations or HR services experience
  • Strong knowledge of Americas employment regulations and compliance
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, Greenhouse, ATS)
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is preferred
