• Manage multiple engagements and deliver high-quality technical guidance to clients
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of complex accounting concepts
• Coordinate work plans, client deliverables, and engagement economics
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and assist in preparing technical memos
• Supervise Audit Seniors and Supervisors on engagements
• Address client concerns, escalate issues, and identify improvement opportunities
• Mentor and develop junior staff; promote career growth within the TAC practice
• Leverage firm service lines to provide integrated solutions and build external relationships
• Engage in business development through industry reading and client education
• Travel up to 25-50% as client needs dictate

• 4+ years of public accounting, financial reporting, or technical accounting experience
• Excellent team and project management skills
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of audit services with knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and FASB regulations
• Proven track record of building profitable, sustainable client relationships
