PeopleSoft Healthcare Consultant - SCM

As a PeopleSoft Consultant, you will drive upgrades and implementations for government clients. You will work within a consulting team to deliver ERP enhancements that support public sector processes. You'll engage with clients, perform fit-gap analyses, and lead training activities to ensure successful adoption. This role offers high-impact work across complex SCM modules while enabling you to travel and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Upgrade and implement PeopleSoft processes for clients
• Design, build, test, and deploy PeopleSoft technical components
• Contribute to client engagement, fit-gap analysis, and training (functional and UAT)
• Support SCM (inventory) functional work and broader applications implementation
• Travel 80-100% to client sites and engage with cross-functional teams

• 4+ years of PeopleSoft experience
• 3+ years of SCM functional consulting experience (inventory)
• 3+ years of hands-on functional work experience
• Public sector experience serving federal/state/municipal governments
• Background in applications and implementation
• Ability to travel 80-100%
• Experience with Oracle Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions
• Designing, building, testing, and deploying Oracle solutions components
• Client engagement and training experience
