Overview In this role you will develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards and reporting platforms to create a reliable single source of truth for project reporting. You will collaborate with leadership and Project Controls to translate needs into effective solutions and drive automation to reduce manual effort. You will advance data visualization and analytics capabilities, ensuring data clarity and faster decision-making for leadership. Responsibilities- Data visualization & reporting development, publishing, and continuous improvement of project reports and dashboards
- Design and implement automated data processing and security routines to reduce manual work
- Collaborate with leadership and Project Controls to gather requirements and integrate data from multiple disciplines
- Standardize reporting platforms in partnership with the Project Controls director for scalability
- Research and deploy new tools (Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, PowerApps, VBA, Excel, Office suite)
- Document processes, procedures, and standards; train project teams and maintain accessible references
- Commit to ongoing education on tools to incorporate cutting-edge practices
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; 4 years of relevant experience
- Software development and programming experience
- Understanding of software/hardware system architecture
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with data visualization and reporting
- Ability to work in a quantitative, methodical environment
- Consulting experience in A/E/C industries is preferred
