Overview In this role you will administer and support the Endevor environment, shaping operational stability and efficiency. You will lead regional and global initiatives to align products with SDLC and deployment standards, and drive automation to reduce manual toil. You'll support build and deployment activities for new and existing applications in a fast-paced enterprise setting. This is a hands-on role with leadership responsibilities that contribute to enterprise DevOps transformation in a mainframe context.
Responsibilities- Daily administration and support of the Endevor environment
- Lead and support regional and global initiatives to enhance products per SDLC and deployment standards
- Analyze current processes and build automation to reduce manual effort
- Support build and deployment activities for new and existing applications
Key requirements- 8+ years hands-on Endevor administration and support
- Strong Endevor administration expertise and consultancy
- Deep knowledge of Endevor processes, SDLC methodologies, and deployment standards
- Solid understanding of Change Management processes and DEPL standards
- Experience integrating Endevor with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and production support skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work independently and in a global team
- Onsite at client location in Buffalo, NY preferred
