Responsibilities- Lead legal compliance transformation initiatives to optimize processes and client service
- Use technology and process-improvement methods to create value in the Office of General Counsel (OGC)
- Analyze legal systems to identify linkages and minimize risk
- Own project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to satisfy client expectations
- Coach and mentor team members to grow skills and strengths
- Review work to deepen team capabilities and promote continuous improvement
- Resolve conflicts through constructive conversations with stakeholders
- Maintain professional and technical standards, including firm code of conduct
- Develop policies and guidelines for legal compliance and contractual risk management
