Overview In this role you will support client SAP BRIM-based monetization and revenue management transformations across the solution lifecycle. You'll design future-state BRIM solutions and lead configuration, integration, and testing efforts within cross-functional teams. You'll facilitate requirements workshops, prepare functional specs, and help drive go-live stabilization. This is a chance to shape SAP-enabled transformations for enterprise clients and partner with senior professionals on high-impact programs.
Responsibilities- Deliver SAP BRIM Convergent Charging (CC) solutions for monetization, pricing, rating, charging, and revenue management transformation
- Assess current lead-to-cash, usage-to-bill, and subscription-to-bill processes; design future-state BRIM solutions
- Configure BRIM CC across charging plans, pricing logic, rating, discounts, and consumption-based charging scenarios
- Support mediation and usage processing, including event data handling and integration with BRIM components
- Support integration design and issue resolution across SAP CC and adjacent SAP solutions (CI, FI-CA, SOM, SD, RAR, S/4HANA Finance)
- Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements and align on solution design
- Prepare functional specifications and support development, testing, cutover, deployment, and stabilization activities
- Demonstrate independent work ethic while contributing to team goals and managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree plus 6+ years of SAP/ERP, billing, charging, or consulting experience
- 5+ years of SAP consulting experience in solution design and end-to-end delivery
- 2+ years of experience with SAP BRIM Convergent Charging (CC)
- Participation in 2+ full lifecycle SAP BRIM implementations involving mediation, billing, charging, or usage-to-cash
- Experience integrating Convergent Charging with CI, FI-CA, SOM, SD, RAR, or S/4HANA Finance
- Experience with rate design, pricing configuration, discounts, balance management, or allowance configuration in BRIM CC
- Experience with at least 1 SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation, or migration program
- Ability to travel 50% depending on client engagement
