Overview As Senior HRBP, you will partner with senior leaders to translate business goals into people strategies that drive performance and organizational effectiveness. You'll shape workforce design, develop leadership capabilities, and foster a positive employee experience across a global, matrixed environment. You'll lead core HR programs and provide strategic coaching, balancing speed with sound HR practices. Responsibilities- Act as strategic HR partner to senior leaders up to EVP level to align people strategies with business objectives.
- Provide coaching on performance management, development, engagement, and employee relations in collaboration with Employee Relations and Legal.
- Lead HR programs across the lifecycle: performance, compensation planning, goal setting, talent reviews, succession, promotions, engagement.
- Partner on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management to support growth and transformation.
- Analyze HR data and workforce metrics to generate insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Talent Development, People Operations, Benefits, People Analytics) to deliver integrated solutions.
- Drive process improvements to ensure scalable, consistent, global HR programs.
- Maintain trusted advisory relationship while monitoring employee sentiment and HR risk, balancing agility with governance.
- Manage multiple priorities across geographies with professionalism and outcome focus.
- Work onsite in the Austin office.
Key requirements- 6-8 years of direct HRBP experience in fast-growing, global tech/media/entertainment companies.
- Experience supporting multi-location/global teams including tech and non-tech functions.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- HR certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) but not required.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into people strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence at all levels.
- Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments with agility and sound judgment.
- Ability to work with onsite and distributed remote teams.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience building, evolving, and scaling HR processes and programs.
