Overview As Global Treasury Manager, you will oversee FX risk management for Teledyne's global operations. You will partner across finance, business units, and external partners to shape hedging strategies and analyze market dynamics. The role combines strategy, execution, and reporting to support capital markets activities and SEC disclosures. Responsibilities- Enhance and manage the FX hedging program, including strategy, policies, and operations
- Oversee a portfolio of derivatives, propose hedge strategies, execute approved plans, and report results
- Maintain relationships with FX trading counterparties and external vendors
- Lead treasury projects from analysis to execution with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide hedging analysis and expertise to business controllers, corporate accounting, tax, and others
- Participate in special projects as needed
- Assist in SEC disclosures related to foreign currency derivatives
- Ensure compliance with Teledyne policies and internal controls
Key requirements- 5+ years of treasury or corporate finance experience with focus on FX hedging, capital markets, or liquidity management preferred
- Bachelor's degree; MBA/Advanced degree preferred
- Strong communication and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple projects
