Heavy Civil Project Manager, Civil Infrastructure (Bridge Experience)

In this role you will lead one or more civil infrastructure projects, directing construction activities and finances to deliver safe, on-time, and within-budget outcomes. You will work closely with the project team and stakeholders to align with the company's safety-first and client-focused mission. You will manage risk, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination to drive project profitability and successful close-out. This position offers meaningful impact through overseeing bridge-related projects and shaping execution on site. You will be pivotal in fostering strong client and team relationships while pursuing continuous improvement.

• Safety and risk management: plan, enforce safety policies, attend safety meetings, address unsafe conditions, and promote a safety-first mindset.
• Finance management: establish budgets, manage procurement, contracts, invoicing, subcontracts, and ensure cash flow and timely payments.
• Construction management: develop and manage schedules, coordinate with the team and subcontractors, monitor quality, and manage close-out.
• Leadership: plan staffing, recruit or assign project personnel, lead meetings, communicate with owners, and mentor site staff.
• Problem-solving and continuous improvement: anticipate issues, drive solutions, and pursue process improvements.
• Relationship building: maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, subcontractors, and crews.

• Bachelor in Engineering
• Two (2) years' experience as Project Engineer, Superintendent, or Assistant Project Manager
• Experience in construction, finance, design, scheduling, and management
• Strong knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Procore
• Strong leadership, communication, and people skills
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record
• Ability to prepare subcontractor scopes, pricing, purchasing, and purchase orders
• Experience reading and understanding drawings
• Proven leadership with team-focused mindset
• Experience in motivation, planning, teamwork, collaboration, and conflict resolution
• Commitment to safety and jobsite standards
