Job Purpose The purpose of this role is to support the company's quality, compliance, and operational performance objectives by combining Quality Engineering expertise with Industrial Engineering methods, data analytics, SAP/business systems administration, financial coordination, and process improvement leadership to enable effective decision-making, maintain regulatory and internal compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the division.
Key Accountabilities - Prepare, analyze, and communicate recurring quality and compliance data using tool such as SAP, Business Objects, Excel, and standard presentation formats to support business reviews, leadership decision-making, and corrective action management.
- Serve as a divisional subject matter lead for SAP quality-related processes, system access, SharePoint administration, and digital workflow support to ensure effective use of business systems and compliance with role-based access controls.
- Identify, generate, coordinate, and support process improvement initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce waste, strengthen compliance, and enhance quality performance across the division.
- Support core Quality Engineering duties, support audit readiness, lead or participate in audits, and coordinate division-level business planning inputs related to headcount, operating expense, and capital expense needs.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills - Minimum Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or other related field of study preferred
- Minimum Experience :2 years' minimum of Quality Engineering experience or other related field
- Other Job-Specific Skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel, including pivot tables formulas, charts, and data manipulation
- Working knowledge of SAP, Business Objects, or comparable ERP/reporting tools

Working Conditions - Incumbents may be routinely exposed to equipment operational noise heat-cold-dust, and/or aircraft equipment, parts, or fuel odors.
- Incumbents may be required to stand, sit, squat, walk, bend, move, reach, or stretch for prolonged time periods with no restrictions, as required by job duties.
- Read, hear, speak, and see with no restrictions, as required by job duties.
- Pull, push, carry, lift, or move items up to 15 lbs. throughout the work shift without assistance, as required by job duties.
- Pull, push, carry, lift or move materials/people/items/equipment weighing up to 50lbs or more during the work shift, with the use of Company provided "reach assistance technology" or "movement assist technology" (fork-lifts, pallet jacks, pulleys, dolly's, robotics reach equipment, people movers etc.), as required by job duties.
