Responsibilities- Own the messaging architecture across the Slack website and ensure alignment with approved positioning
- Lead web strategy for Tier 1 product launches from narrative arc to content sequencing
- Prioritize web pages and content moments in the release calendar
- Serve as editorial gatekeeper for copy and ensure accuracy, tone, and messaging integrity
- Collaborate with SEO, Design, and Engineering to translate PMM decisions into page-level execution with clear briefs
- Drive performance by linking messaging decisions to engagement and conversions through web/SEO teams
- Build and manage AI-enabled workflows for content auditing, copy drafting, and performance monitoring
- Lead PMM strategy for integration and cross-cloud web merchandising
Key requirements- 7+ years of product marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company
- Proven track record in owning positioning and messaging in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience with web strategy, content architecture, or digital marketing linked to SEO and conversion
- Strong cross-functional instincts to align web, design, engineering, and GTM without executive prompting
- Comfort with AI tools and building workflows for automation rather than manual tasking
- Ability to make fast, high-quality decisions in live launches
- Sharp writing and editorial judgment with ability to fix off-message copy
