Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Systems Engineering team; conduct performance reviews and develop staff
- Oversee operational processes and drive process improvement initiatives
- Manage project execution, change control, and risk for team activities
- Contribute to enterprise IT architecture development and alignment with business requirements
- Provide technical and operational leadership to the team and coordinate project planning and resources
- Review work requests, estimate scope, plan resources, and schedule projects
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and ethical standards
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or related field or equivalent
