Overview In this role you support procurement-related order management processes and serve as the bridge between business operations and ITS for process improvement. You will analyze and design cross-functional processes, specify requirements, and coordinate change management. You'll assess ERP and related system integrations, author design documents and user stories, and handle complex incident escalation. This role emphasizes improving purchasing and distribution workflows within ERP environments and ensuring solutions meet business needs. You'll work with cross-functional teams to drive tangible process improvements.
Responsibilities- Perform business process analysis, design and simulation for quality and process improvement
- Understand related system integrations and their impact on solution designs
- Author/review Conceptual Design Documents / User Stories and test scripts
- Chair Business Process Liaison groups to socialize change
- Coordinate business process change management
- Evaluate software products' functionality for client processes
- Be the point of contact for complex incident escalation and own the resolution
- Accurately capture business requirements to design effective solutions
Key requirements- 5+ years of experience in Order Management and Purchasing processes and systems
