Overview

In this role you support and lead client engagements within the financial services sector, helping institutions solve complex problems, drive transformation, and deliver measurable value. You will work with cross-functional teams to strengthen risk, compliance, and operations, shaping strategic recommendations and roadmaps. The position offers exposure to many FS domains and a pathway to contribute to practice growth and thought leadership. You will thrive by staying client-focused in fast-paced environments and partnering with stakeholders to implement impactful solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support client engagements across banking, insurance, capital markets, and fintechs within risk, compliance, operations, and transformation
  • Analyze complex business challenges and develop actionable client-focused recommendations
  • Build strong client relationships through effective stakeholder engagement and clear communication
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with client leadership and project teams
  • Manage workstreams, deliverables, timelines, and risks across multiple engagements
  • Develop business cases, operating strategies, and transformation roadmaps
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client objectives and evolving needs
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency improvements, and organizational effectiveness
  • Contribute to practice growth through thought leadership, market research, and proposal activities
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-10 years of experience
  • Experience in financial services or related fields (banking, insurance, capital markets)
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems in ambiguous environments
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience managing projects or client deliverables
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
