Responsibilities- Lead development of novel RWE approaches, including external control arms, high-dimensional causal inference, and integration of longitudinal clinical data with molecular/genomic signatures.
- Oversee end-to-end retrospective database analyses and architect study protocols that push HEOR/RWE standards while ensuring scientific rigor.
- Act as a subject matter expert for biopharma clients, contributing to high-impact publications and presentations at major conferences.
- Collaborate with Key Account Directors and Business Development to identify opportunities for novel methodologies solving complex client problems.
- Bridge Data Science, Biostatistics, and Product teams to productize successful methods for scalability.
- Ensure research meets regulatory and ethical standards (e.g., GEP, HIPAA) and delivers high-quality results on industry timelines.
Key requirements- 7+ years in HEOR/RWE with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Deep expertise in oncology
- Proven track record in advanced methods (target trial emulation, propensity scores in complex cohorts, machine learning-augmented epidemiology)
- Advanced skills in R or SAS; experience with messy real-world data (EHR, claims, and/or genomics)
