Overview In this role you manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from requisition to offer and pre-employment steps. You collaborate with hiring managers to understand roles, priorities, and timelines, and you develop sourcing strategies across multiple channels to build strong candidate pipelines. You guide interview processes, offers, and pre-employment requirements while ensuring compliant, professional recruiting practices. You contribute to talent pipeline development and process improvements that boost hiring effectiveness and candidate experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to fill a diverse range of hourly and salaried roles and support internship and co-op recruiting.
Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from requisition through accepted offer and pre-employment activities
- Recruit for hourly and salaried roles across manufacturing, skilled trades, technical, professional, and leadership positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, candidate profiles, staffing priorities, and timelines
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, referrals, networking, partnerships, career fairs, schools, and other channels
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates for difficult-to-fill roles
- Create and post job openings ensuring accurate reflection of requirements
- Review applications, conduct initial screens, and recommend candidates to hiring managers
- Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and teams
- Provide guidance on interviewing, candidate selection, compensation considerations, and recruiting best practices
- Prepare and extend offers in partnership with HR and hiring managers
- Coordinate pre-employment steps (background checks, drug screens, etc.)
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS
- Monitor recruiting activity and report on open positions, pipelines, and time-to-fill
- Develop talent pipelines for frequent and hard-to-fill roles
- Build relationships with schools, technical programs, workforce orgs, community groups, and recruiting partners
- Participate in career fairs, events, and internships/co-op recruiting as needed
- Ensure compliant and professional recruiting practices
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience
- Support additional HR projects as needed
