• Source and screen candidates using ATS and social media
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified resources
• Negotiate pay rates with candidates and clients
• Learn from experienced recruiters to accelerate success
• Maintain a high-volume outreach routine (e.g., 50+ calls/day) and meet submission targets
• Support the recruiting team to achieve interview ratios and client satisfaction
