Overview In this role you embed with client teams to design, build, and deliver cybersecurity and AI-enabled solutions, supporting end-to-end delivery and shaping product direction. You will translate needs into technical solutions, troubleshoot issues, and create reusable learnings and runbooks for client enablement. You'll work with stakeholders on demos, proofs of concept, and deployments, driving impact through secure, scalable technology. This role blends engineering execution with client engagement to advance Deloitte's cybersecurity capabilities.
Responsibilities- Translate business and cybersecurity needs into technical solutions, including AI/GenAI-enabled capabilities
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues within scope
- Partner with stakeholders during pursuits to shape technical solutions, including demos, proofs of concept, and prototypes
- Contribute to solution design and align client needs with delivery feasibility
- Capture delivery learnings to inform reusable product and platform improvements with documentation and knowledge transfer
Key requirements- 5-8+ years of hands-on full stack development across frontend and backend technologies
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Next.js)
- Backend expertise in Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), or Java (Spring Boot)
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)
- Experience building REST APIs, microservices, and serverless architectures
- Experience deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and development lifecycle tools (Git, Azure DevOps)
- 1+ years building and deploying GenAI/LLM-powered solutions in client or production environments
- 1+ years experience with Frontier Gen AI Platforms (Anthropic, Google, or Open AI) including platforms/tools like Claude API, Vertex AI, etc.
- Understanding AI system architectures and aligning pipelines to support them
- Ability to own defined scope end-to-end with high-quality output
- Experience translating requirements into technical solutions with business stakeholders
- Strong communication, accountability, and ownership mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
