Overview As Setidegrasib Launch Lead for NSCLC, you will shape and drive the U.S. commercial launch strategy for setidegrasib (A3082) in a high-need cancer setting. You'll partner with cross-functional and co-creation teams to align insights, market access, and competitive priorities with a clear launch plan. You'll develop brand positioning, readiness across all workstreams, and stakeholder engagement to optimize early launch performance. Responsibilities- Develop and lead the U.S. commercial launch strategy and integrated launch plan for NSCLC
- Translate insights from patient, customer, scientific, biomarker/testing, pathway, market access, and competitive data into brand priorities and launch choices
- Shape U.S. brand positioning, messaging, and core launch materials with multi-functional partners
- Lead cross-functional launch readiness across marketing, medical, access, sales, training, analytics, diagnostics/biomarker strategy, operations, and supply
- Develop external stakeholder and customer engagement strategies for HCPs, experts, patient advocacy groups, pathways, and oncology stakeholders
- Partner with market access and account teams for pricing, reimbursement, and channel strategy
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree
- Significant U.S. pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial experience with oncology marketing, launch planning, or brand strategy
- Direct experience supporting or leading U.S. product launch preparation and cross-functional readiness
- Strong understanding of the U.S. oncology market, HCP engagement, treatment pathways, biomarker/testing dynamics, payer considerations, and competitive landscape
- Proven ability to translate insights into strategic choices, plans, and execution priorities
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
