Overview In this role you drive the development and go-to-market for limited edition and custom products, shaping the product narrative and cross-functional execution. You partner with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to launch new offerings and tell compelling stories that differentiate our products. You lead customer insight efforts, monitor market dynamics, and mentor teams on value propositions, positioning, and launches. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role at the intersection of product, marketing, and customer experience.
Responsibilities- Lead ideation, development, production, and GTM strategy for limited edition products and packages (Limited Series, Signature Series)
- Manage cross-functional relationships with endemic brands and partners
- Help define and execute the company's new product roadmap
- Represent the voice of the customer in New Product Development and identify customer requirements
- Conduct customer research to uncover pain points and opportunities
- Monitor market dynamics to identify trends and opportunities
- Communicate product value internally and train Sales/Marketing on positioning
- Develop product messaging and assist launches
- Create product content (case studies, videos, website copy, blog posts)
- Develop FAB matrices for new products
- Gather insights on current product use and buyer personas
- Engage in continuous learning through conferences and summits
- Support safety, 6S, quality, delivery, and productivity improvements
- Contribute to high integrity, safety, fair treatment, and positive work environment
Key requirements- Degree in Marketing with 4-7 years of experience in marketing, product development, and/or new product research
- Experience launching new products and services, preferably within firearms industry
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Sharp analytical and creative thinking with attention to detail
- Ability to align with company values (permissions to play)
