Overview In this role you will lead strategic account plans across COEs, Academic/IDN, and integrated health systems to optimize product access and commercial performance. You will act as a trusted partner to customers and internal teams, shaping access strategies and pull-through in a matrix environment. You will work to remove access barriers, enable formulary adoption, and support successful product launches with emphasis on oncology market knowledge and reimbursement acumen. This is a high-impact position that drives cross-functional collaboration and sustainable growth in a complex healthcare setting.

Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic account plans for identified accounts and COEs across Academic/IDN, integrated health systems, and other key accounts
- Identify barriers to access, adoption, and utilization; create action plans to remove them and accelerate uptake
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives and improve account performance
- Integrate with local field teams to support pull-through and shared accountability for account goals
- Manage formulary and access processes through P&T committees and other decision-makers
- Plan and organize territory to achieve sales, calls, and engagement targets
- Maintain professional representation of Inhibrx and its products in all interactions
- Participate in required training, meetings, and launch readiness activities
- Complete accurate reporting of calls, account updates, timekeeping, expenses, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with promotional programs and budget stewardship
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 10 years of direct healthcare sales experience (pharmaceuticals/biotech/medical devices/healthcare)
- Minimum 5 years oncology sales experience including buy and bill products
- Minimum 3 years experience managing Integrated Delivery Networks or other organized customers
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic account plans in complex healthcare settings
- Experience with formulary review processes, P&T committees, and clinical decision makers
- Experience with reimbursement issues via hubs and field reimbursement personnel
- Proven ability to build relationships with executive-level stakeholders and decision-makers
- Experience collaborating across Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Operations in a matrix organization
