Overview In this role you will build and run a semi-annual demand-forecast capability for IC agencies, turning raw data into strategic insights. You will work with cross-functional teams to shape forecasting processes, report on demand trends, and respond to time-sensitive requests. You'll lead financial analysis for public sector engagements and help drive IT-enabled transformation and budgeting initiatives. This is a client-facing, impact-oriented position with leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced public sector environment.

Responsibilities- Develop and implement a semi-annual demand forecast capability for IC agencies
- Transform raw financial data into clear analytical reports and presentations
- Create Excel analysis files from scratch to support forecasting and reporting
- Autonomously interpret management requests and deliver relevant financial reports
- Lead or support engagement teams with strategy, planning, execution, and reviews
- Assist clients with financial, budgetary, IT, and operational transformation initiatives
- Manage priorities and multi-task across multiple client efforts
- Provide summary recommendations to leadership and maintain client relationships
- Prepare presentations and briefings; participate in client meetings and status updates
- Ensure technical accuracy and deliverable quality of work products
- Attend training and industry events to stay current with skills and market trends
- Cultivate growth of existing and new business
- Supervise Public Sector direct reports and provide performance feedback and mentoring
Key requirements- Eight (8) or more years of accounting, finance, or management experience (required)
- Experience leading financial planning, budgeting, or accounting roles (required)
- Twelve (12) or more years of accounting, finance, or management experience (preferred)
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, raw data manipulation) (required)
- Strong analytical and data normalization skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience briefing senior program managers or leaders (preferred)
- Public speaking or training experience (preferred)
- Experience with working capital funds or federal funds (preferred)
- Experience in process improvement and leading firm initiatives (preferred)
