Senior Functional Consultant or Functional Consultant - Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking - Workday Success Plans

In this role you drive customer value post-implementation for Workday's HR products. You will understand business needs, guide effective solutions, and support multiple customers on short-duration projects. You'll share expertise, help customers become self-sufficient, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Workday applications. • Provide excellent customer service consistently
• Engage customers to capture business requirements
• Develop and demonstrate system configuration solutions with product benefits and trade-offs
• Support multiple customers concurrently on short-duration projects
• Help customers stabilize and optimize Workday applications and learn new features
• Share expertise through Ask-an-Expert sessions with research, demos, tips, and best practices
• Coordinate with Engagement Manager to deliver Health Checks, Functional Reviews, and Feature Adoption workshops
• Deliver accelerator webinars and one-on-one consulting to accelerate feature adoption
• Conduct tenant reviews to identify adoption opportunities
• Communicate responses and value clearly to customers

• 5+ years of HCM software and consulting experience on medium/large HRIS projects
• 3+ years of Workday Consulting experience or as a Workday SME
• 3+ years of experience in Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking
• 1+ years of Workday Consulting experience or as a Workday SME
• Solid grasp of HR-related systems and processes, ability to understand Workday concepts and new feature releases
• Certified or able to certify in Workday HCM products
• Experience influencing senior leaders and collaborating across organizations
• Ability to lead design meetings toward collaborative outcomes
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and deliver results to a project plan
• Bachelor's degree or related experience; willingness to travel up to 10%
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with global implementations preferred
