Overview In this role you will manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with HR, employees, and external providers to run payroll, support audits, and configure system integrations. You'll leverage Workday time/absence capabilities to maintain precise records and drive timely reporting. This position offers a chance to strengthen financial controls and contribute to Broadcom's payroll operations at scale.

Responsibilities- Manage payroll inputs according to deadlines
- Review output, reconcile gross to net, post payroll journals and reconcile accounts
- Support annual audits and preparation of financial statements
- Coordinate day-to-day payroll matters with HR, employees, and external providers
- Ensure adherence to payroll regulations
- Assist in system integration and configuration for new applications
- Journal creation and account reconciliation
- Payroll processing from inputs through review and approval
Key requirements- 8+ years of payroll experience including Workday time/absence systems
- Bachelors degree with emphasis in accounting
