Overview

In this role you will design scalable data models, semantic layers, and analytics-ready datasets to empower enterprise reporting and self-service analytics. You will bridge data engineering, business stakeholders, and analytics consumers to deliver trustworthy data assets. You will transform complex business requirements into technical solutions while upholding data quality, governance, and performance. You will help set analytics engineering standards and mentor teammates, driving adoption of data-driven decision making. Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver scalable data models, semantic layers, and analytics-ready datasets
  • Bridge between data engineering, business stakeholders, and analytics consumers
  • Lead transformation of complex requirements into technical solutions
  • Establish analytics engineering standards and governance
  • Coach and mentor team members and drive organizational value
  • Support enterprise reporting, self-service analytics, and operational decision-making
Key requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, BI, Data Warehousing, or related field
  • Strong expertise in data modeling, dimensional modeling, and semantic layer design
  • Proven track record developing and leading semantic models and enterprise data structures
  • Experience with Microsoft BI technologies and Snowflake
  • Excellent communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience implementing analytics engineering best practices (testing, documentation, version control, deployment)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum
  • Experience mentoring analysts, engineers, or junior team members
