Overview In this role you will support development and refinement of all-source intelligence tools to Find-Fix-Track ground-based weapons systems using ISR and TTPs. You will translate intelligence insights into actionable improvements for automated systems, working with joint and service units. You will analyze diverse data sources, author assessments, and deepen knowledge of Object Management Systems and Object-Based Production to inform DevSecOps-driven development. This position blends intelligence analysis with software development to strengthen fast, data-driven targeting in a high-security environment.

Responsibilities- Advance tooling to Find-Fix-Track ground-based weapons systems using ISR capabilities and TTPs
- Collaborate with end users across service and joint units to guide improvements to the automated system
- Collect, analyze, and exploit data from all sources to evaluate system performance and identify adjustments
- Author comprehensive assessments detailing analysis results
- Develop knowledge of Object Management Systems and Object-Based Production used by the supported community
- Work with software development teams to provide in-depth target knowledge throughout the DevSecOps cycle
- Support integration with Intelligence Community partnerships (Titles 10/50) and multiple Object Management Systems
- Lead or participate in automation efforts within the F2T cycle
- F2T2EA cycle execution in a command center or fires cell
- Familiarity with Air Operations Center and Air Tasking Order processes from an intelligence angle
Key requirements- 15+ years of related experience
- Execution of the F2T2EA cycle in a command center or fires cell
- Knowledge of F2T technologies and TTPs relevant to modern warfighting and mobile systems
- Familiarity with Air Operations Center and Air Tasking Order processes (intelligence perspective)
- PoL and Target Signature development and evaluation
- Experience with Object-Based Production and Object Management Systems
- Experience leading or collaborating with software development to automate parts of the F2T cycle
- Integration with Intelligence Community (Title 10/Title 50)
- Familiarity with multiple Object Management Systems (IC and DoD)
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in related discipline
- Clearance: Top Secret/SCI; DoD SAP access
