Responsibilities- Lead engagement teams to align work with scope across multiple projects
- Manage client bank, vendor, and payroll records
- Prepare month-end or period-end packages (accruals or cash basis)
- Assist with budgets, forecasts, or projections
- Build and analyze dashboards and KPI metrics
- Ensure timely client deliverables and clear communication
- Interact with clients and delegate tasks within the team
- Monitor project budgets and potential overruns
- Generate client invoices and follow up on accounts receivable
- Conduct team training and participate in business development
- Travel as needed and support proposal processes
Key requirements- 7-10 years accounting experience in industry finance or public accounting
- Strong double-entry accounting knowledge
- Proficiency in U.S. GAAP and tax matters
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Excellent English communication skills
- Willingness to travel to client sites or other offices
- Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks Online
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset; able to work independently and in a team
