Overview

As Senior Service Project Manager you lead Service Project Managers through the full project lifecycle, delivering safe, on-budget, high-quality hardware and systems installations. You drive planning, field coordination, and vendor management to meet customer expectations while upholding safety and ethics standards. You work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with codes and project requirements in a fast-paced environment. This role combines technical oversight with a focus on risk, schedules, and cash flow to support ENFRA's growth and reliability in energy services.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Service Project Managers and project execution from start to finish
  • Champion project safety and maintain a secure work environment
  • Lead planning and trades coordination to meet code and project requirements, on time and under budget
  • Negotiate/subcontractor purchase orders and evaluate submittals
  • Set up projects with labor, material, and cost codes; manage monthly cost reviews and reporting
  • Drive cash flow through front-loaded schedules, timely billing, and sub payments
  • Coordinate lien waivers, notices, and tax documentation as required
  • Ensure quality and compliance with corporate standards and project specs
  • Oversee start-up, commissioning, and final inspections; prepare As-Builts and warranty letters
  • Maintain customer relations and ensure satisfaction with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Monitor risk management, contracts, insurance, and bonds
  • Develop field personnel and verify fabrication/installation quality
  • Close financials and file project documentation
Key requirements
  • 4 Year Degree in Construction Management or applicable fieldwork experience in Plumbing
  • 10+ years of verifiable Project Management experience with a mechanical subcontractor in commercial HVAC and Plumbing
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously (e.g., university buildings)
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Detail-oriented with ability to handle fast-paced environments
  • Knowledge of industry competitors and flexibility to multitask
  • Travel 0-5%
