2020 Companies is hiring dependable, organized, and motivated Retail Installation & Merchandising Specialists to support nationally recognized brands including Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP.

As a Retail Installation & Merchandising Specialist, youll independently manage field assignments at retail locations within a 90-mile travel area. Using mobile apps and digital tools, youll review project instructions, coordinate your schedule, complete assigned work on time, and document results.

This position is a great fit for someone with strong communication and time-management skills who takes pride in building positive relationships with store teams and delivering quality work.

Job Details
Pay: $16.50 per hour
Travel Area: Must be available to travel up to 90 miles from your residence for assigned projects
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Hours: Flexible scheduling with assignments taking place between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Please note: Hours may vary depending on available assignments and are not guaranteed.
Scheduling: Opportunities may include flexible self-scheduling as well as scheduled shifts depending on client and project needs
Screening Requirements: A reliable personal vehicle, valid drivers license, and current auto insurance are required. Candidates must successfully complete a background check, Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening, and drug screening in accordance with applicable state laws.
What Youll Do
Build, install, maintain, and update retail fixtures, shelving, endcaps, and product displays
Support retail resets, store build-outs, remodel projects, and display repairs
Follow planograms (POGs), schematics, and project-specific merchandising instructions accurately
Set up and service TVs, interactive displays, kiosks, and other retail display equipment
Complete required operating system and software updates on display devices
Install or replace graphics, pricing cards, SD cards, and other marketing materials
Troubleshoot hardware and display issues to help ensure equipment is operating properly
Take and upload photos using a mobile device to document completed assignments
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while professionally representing the client

What Youll Need
Comfortable working with basic hand tools and technology
Valid drivers license, current auto insurance, and reliable personal transportation
Ability and willingness to climb ladders up to 10 feet
Ability to safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs
Ability to kneel, walk, crouch, bend, reach overhead, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday
Willingness to travel up to 90 miles from your residence in any direction to complete assigned projects
Must provide and use the following tools: Phillips head and flat head screwdrivers, hex keys, box cutter, tape measure, microfiber cloth, and 256G USB with USB-A / C adapter
Smartphone with a current operating system and active data plan
Comfortable downloading mobile apps, following digital work instructions, and uploading photos to document completed assignments
