Overview In this role you will lead cross-functional teams to secure top-quality products and favorable terms at competitive prices, driving cost reductions and risk mitigation. You'll negotiate and manage complex contracts, build durable supplier relationships, and deliver innovative procurement solutions that support Spectrum's growth. You'll influence executive decisions with data-driven insights and oversee enterprise-wide sourcing initiatives. This is a hands-on, strategic role with impact across the organization.

Responsibilities- Lead negotiation and contract management for large-scale enterprise-wide purchase agreements
- Manage cross-functional teams to develop supplier requirements and secure quality responses
- Oversee RFP/RFQ/RFI processes and supplier selection
- Assess supplier financial stability and conduct total cost of ownership analyses
- Provide fact-based recommendations to executive management for strategic buy decisions
- Identify and execute cost savings opportunities and drive savings realization
- Monitor supplier performance via Strategic Relationship Management tools and act as escalation point for non-performance
- Develop strategic category plans aligned with business goals and market benchmarks
- Communicate and gain cross-organizational buy-in; drive technology adoption in stakeholder groups
- Support strategic sourcing and procurement of Spectrum goods and services
Key requirements- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 5+ years in procurement contract negotiation and contract management
- 1-3 years in electronic procurement or contract solutions
- 2 years direct industry or company experience
- Proven ability to manage change across all project phases
- Comprehensive understanding of the P2P process
