Overview As Director of Sales Enablement, you will design and evolve onboarding and development programs that boost new-hire productivity and overall sales performance. You'll partner with sales, marketing, and operations to set performance standards, apply data-driven insights, and leverage AI tools (e.g., Gong) to close capability gaps. You will translate broad priorities into clear, measurable milestones and drive sustainable behaviors aligned with commercial impact. This role sits at the core of accelerating growth, shaping a scalable enablement program, and supporting a multi-region sales organization. Responsibilities- Design and build an onboarding program with measurable milestones
- Equip managers with tools to coach, manage performance, set expectations, and measure productivity
- Implement a common sales methodology to improve pipeline execution across regions
- Define baselines and track adoption and impact of programs (ramp time, sales cycle, win rates)
- Determine tech stack to support rep development and coordinate with marketing for product launches
- Define and execute a comprehensive sales enablement roadmap aligned with growth objectives
Key requirements- 10+ years in B2B sales, enablement, revenue excellence, or related commercial role
- 4+ years leading an enablement function in a scaling, multi-segment sales organization
- Experience building or transforming an enablement function
- Proven success improving measurable sales outcomes (ramp time, attainment, conversion, win rate)
- Experience implementing a successful sales methodology
- Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and management skills
