Overview As Branch Leader you manage all aspects of the assigned branch to drive performance, growth, and client relationships. You lead a team, ensure compliance, and foster cross functional collaboration with IRM and Operations. You engage with the community to build the Truist brand and expand Small Business and Mass Affluent opportunities. You coach and develop staff, handle talent decisions, and uphold risk controls. This role shapes branch growth within Truist's purpose-driven culture.

Responsibilities- Promote the branch's public image while embedding Truist's mission and values
- Drive branch revenue and performance through Small Business, Mass Affluent, and IRM partnerships
- Grow Small Business expertise and Mass Affluent through client meetings, outreach, and prospecting
- Engage in civic and professional groups to prospect and build the Truist brand
- Lead, coach, and motivate the branch team to achieve client financial outcomes and empowerment
- Partner with IRM and Operations to ensure compliance with procedures, controls, and ethics; promote One Team culture
- Make human capital decisions including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
- May cross-train to assist with teller transactions as needed
Key requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- Two years of financial services and consumer/small business expertise or equivalent
- One year of branch leadership or management experience
- Strong interpersonal, sales relationship and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal skills
- SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days of employment and associated background check
