Overview As Director of Global Logistics and Trade Compliance, you lead Pacsun's inbound freight and customs program, aligning international and domestic activities with growth and cost-efficiency goals. You oversee 3PL partners, drive service improvements, and mitigate regulatory risk as the in house expert on U.S. trade rules. You shape long term inbound transportation and compliance strategies, enhance visibility, and ensure cross border compliance. This role impacts the supply chain from sourcing to distribution within a fast-paced, culture driven retail environment.

Responsibilities- Negotiate ocean carrier agreements and seasonal air freight rates
- Administer a best-in-class inbound logistics program for international and domestic activities
- Liaise with 3PLs, customs brokers, and trade compliance counsel to ensure performance and continuous improvement
- Drive inbound supply chain visibility and exception management from origin to DC receipt
- Administer and upgrade international Customs compliance programs and monitor regulatory changes
- Lead C-TPAT security program and annual Security Profile with Customs
- Identify and implement duty recovery opportunities to reduce landed cost
- Develop long-term inbound and trade compliance strategies aligned with growth, speed-to-market, and cost efficiency
- Partner with sourcing, production, vendors, freight forwarders, and carriers to ensure compliant routing and documentation
- Balance strong leadership with approachability to foster associate feedback and cross-functional collaboration
Key requirements- 10+ years in international logistics, transportation, supply chain, and/or trade compliance leadership
- 5+ years leading teams and managing external logistics providers
- Customs Broker License is preferred
- Strong knowledge of U.S. import laws, HTS, Customs Valuation, First Sale, Duty Drawback, C-TPAT, ISA, and ACE
- Experience with ERP and analytics platforms; Microsoft D365 experience preferred
