Overview In this role you will design and run the financial governance program that supports Crusoe's deal desk as the compute business scales. You will partner with Sales and RevOps to keep pricing, approvals, and contract reviews fast and compliant. You'll spot discounting and deal-term trends early to shape the governance program for a growing business. This is a high-impact finance position in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment that powers AI initiatives with an energy-first approach.

Responsibilities- Design and implement finance governance for deal quoting and approval workflows
- Partner with Sales and RevOps on deal questions; develop pricing options for standard-SKU deals and build tooling for tradeoffs
- Review deals against policy and route for sign-off as needed
- Interpret contract language to flag financial, accounting, or operational risk and involve Legal or Pricing when required
- Build and maintain reporting on discounting trends, deal cycle time, and policy exceptions
- Conduct ad hoc analyses for GTM and Finance leadership (e.g., deal-term trends, tradeoff framework impacts)
- Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Legal, and Product Finance to avoid bottlenecks in the deal process
Key requirements- 8+ years of experience in deal desk, revenue operations, sales finance, investment banking, or similar analytical role
- Proven ability to build and manage scalable commercial workflows
- Experience working with sales teams, preferably in an enterprise tech environment
- Ability to read contracts and identify financially material terms without a translator
- Fluent in Salesforce (or a comparable CRM/CPQ tool)
- SQL proficiency (BigQuery or similar)
